RECOVERY SUPPORT WORKER APPRENTICESHIP
A Mental Health worker is required to work on the ‘RECOVERY Independent Community Advocacy Personalisation Project’ (RICAPP). The project is aimed at reaching out to people within the local community who have issues regarding mental health to support them with daily living, expenses and to ensure they have a voice representing them.
You will be going out to visit survivors in their own homes so it is important that you have your own transport. This is a full time 30 hour per week position and includes NVQ Health and Social Care training with one day a week spent at Stephenson College.
